Your Own Backyard.

If you like many other Photographers are wanting to get really great Bird Photos but for many reasons are unable to get out into the field to capture all of these beautiful photos that you see people get of all the different kinds of birds, chin up you can get them right at home in your back yard. I have established a basic rule and that is never ever ever go out your door without a camera, the photo above was taken right outside my backdoor and I have a very short time to get my camera up to take this photo before this fellow flew away so all ways have a camera with you.

There are ways to assure that there will be birds to photograph in your backyard and that is putting up feeders for them different birds like different kinds of food so do a little research and get to know the birds that are in your area and what kind of feed they like if you supply it they will come be consistent in feeding them and supply them with places to build nests, put up some bird houses for the kinds of birds you are trying to attract keeping them away from the house but easily seen from your home. Birds like people need a water source as well so supply them with fresh clean water a birdbath is a great idea for any backyard.

Your backyard is a great place for not only bird photography, there are many forms of photography from Butterfly, Insects, Macro, Flowers, you will find all different things to photograph without leaving the confines of your very own backyard.
